This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for purchases made on ImageToStock, operated by Aipera Holding LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
All sales are final
All payments for ImageToStock are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees (monthly and yearly), partial or unused billing periods, unused subscription credits, and one-time credit packs, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Auto-renewal reminder
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. At the end of each billing cycle, your saved payment method (stored and charged by Stripe) is charged the then-current price for the next cycle until you cancel. Because charges recur automatically, please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be billed again.
Credits
One credit processes one image. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over — unused subscription credits are forfeited and are not refundable. Separately purchased one-time credit packs do not expire but are also non-refundable once purchased.
How to cancel to avoid future charges
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access and remaining subscription credits continue until the end of the current paid period, after which they expire. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Where available, you may also pause your subscription instead of cancelling.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us within 30 days and we will investigate. This does not affect the non-refundable nature of valid charges.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such law applies, those rights prevail to the extent of any conflict with this policy.
