This GDPR Addendum describes how ImageToStock, operated by Aipera Holding LLC, protects the personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

The data controller is Aipera Holding LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach our data protection contact at info@aipera.com. We act as controller for account and billing data, and as a processor for the images you upload for processing.
Legal bases for processing
- Contract: to provide the Service you sign up for, including image processing, exports, and billing.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent abuse.
- Consent: for optional analytics and marketing communications, where applicable.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws.

- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to rectification of inaccurate data.

Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors to deliver the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing and card storage.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing used to generate metadata.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run and store the Service.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data remains protected.
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. Uploaded images are deleted after processing; we retain only thumbnails and generated metadata while your account remains active.
