This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using ImageToStock, operated by Aipera Holding LLC. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Permitted use
ImageToStock is intended for generating metadata and exports for images that you own or are authorized to process, for the purpose of distributing them through stock marketplaces or similar lawful channels.
Prohibited content
- Content you do not own or have the rights to upload and process.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which we will remove and report to the appropriate authorities.
- Content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that incites violence.
- Sexually explicit material involving non-consenting individuals.
- Malware, or content designed to harm, deceive, or defraud.
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
- Interfering with, overloading, or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing usage limits or security controls.
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without our written permission.
- Using automated means to abuse free credits, trials, or any live demo.
Fair use of resources
Processing is subject to your plan’s batch limits and credit allowance. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the Service for all users.
Enforcement
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity, and without refund. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
