Filing a notice of infringement
If you believe content processed or hosted through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat-infringer policy
In appropriate circumstances, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
